I started my career as a “web goddess” developer for an online game startup during the dot-com era, when my team was nominated for a Webby. Since then I’ve played most roles in tech – engineer, business analyst, and technical project and program manager. In 2003, I co-founded 5AM Solutions, a company dedicated to combining research and healthcare to make precision medicine a reality. I continue to support the company as its board chairman.

As the EVP of Delivery at Phase2, I handle human development, operations, and revenue realization, nurturing our 100+ teammates to create amazing digital products for the world’s most influential healthcare organizations.
